How to Track Your Order
1. Find Your Tracking Number
Your tracking number was sent to you via email and WhatsApp after your order was dispatched. It's also available in your My Account under "Recent Orders."
2. Enter It Above
Type or paste your tracking number into the field above and click "Track." The system will fetch the latest delivery status from our courier partner.
3. Check Your Delivery Status
You'll see your order's current location, estimated delivery date, and whether it's out for delivery. Status updates are refreshed in real time.
Delivery Timelines Across Pakistan
Sindh
Karachi: 1-2 working days. Orders within Karachi are often delivered next day.
Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana: 3-4 working days.
Punjab
Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2-3 working days. Most orders arrive within 48 hours.
Faisalabad, Sialkot, Multan, Gujranwala: 2-3 working days.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Peshawar, Mardan, Abbottabad: 3-5 working days. Northern region deliveries are processed on priority.
Swat, Mingora, Nowshera: 4-5 working days.
Balochistan
Quetta, Gwadar, Turbat: 4-6 working days. Remote area deliveries may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.
Khuzdar, Chaman, Sibi: 5-7 working days.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my tracking number?
Your tracking number is generated and shared within 24 hours of placing your order. You'll receive it via WhatsApp and email. If you haven't received it after 24 hours, please contact our support team.
What if my tracking number isn't working?
Tracking numbers typically activate within 4-6 hours after dispatch. If your number still doesn't work after this window, it may not have been scanned by the courier yet. Wait a few more hours and try again. If the issue persists, contact us with your order number.
Who delivers my iScents.pk order?
We partner with leading courier services in Pakistan — including TCS, Leopards, and M&P — to ensure fast and reliable delivery nationwide. The courier assigned to your order depends on your delivery city and package size.
Can I change my delivery address after the order is placed?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update your address. Reach out immediately via WhatsApp at +92-343-6623471 or email support@iscents.pk with your order number and new address. Once the order is in transit, address changes may not be possible.
What does "Out for Delivery" mean?
"Out for Delivery" means your package is with the courier rider and will arrive at your doorstep today. Make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive it, especially for Cash on Delivery orders.
What if I miss the delivery?
If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will usually attempt delivery again the next working day. After two failed attempts, the package may be held at the nearest courier office for pickup. You'll be contacted with instructions.
