Are iScents perfumes original or copies?
+ Our perfumes are original inspired fragrances — not counterfeits, not copies. We create our own formulations inspired by popular designer scent profiles. Every bottle is crafted with 30% parfum oil for 8-12 hour longevity, using our own branding and packaging. We don't use designer names or logos on our products. Learn more on our About Us page.
How long do iScents perfumes last?
+ Our perfumes deliver 8-12 hours of longevity on skin, and even longer on clothing. This is thanks to our 30% parfum oil concentration — double what most commercial Eau de Parfums offer. Longevity depends on your skin type, weather, and application. For best results, spray on pulse points like the neck, wrists, and behind the ears. What makes iScents different from other perfume brands in Pakistan?

Do you deliver across Pakistan?
+ Yes. We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan — including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Peshawar, and Quetta. Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days. For full details, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
+ We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. For advance payment, we also offer Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. Choosing advance payment helps you avoid the 4% government tax on COD orders.
Do you charge for delivery?
+ We offer free delivery on all orders above PKR 3,000. Orders below PKR 3,000 are charged a flat delivery fee of PKR 200.
Can I return or exchange my perfume?
+ Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide an unboxing video as proof. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for change of mind or dislike of scent. Read our full Returns & Refunds Policy.
How can I track my order?
+ Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS or email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel until it reaches your doorstep. Visit our Track Your Order page for real-time updates.
What sizes do iScents perfumes come in?
+ Most of our fragrances are available in 50ml bottles priced at PKR 2,999. Select collections also offer 100ml options. Check individual product pages for available sizes. Browse our shop to see current availability.
Do you offer gift packaging for perfume orders?

Is Cash on Delivery available all over Pakistan?
+ Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. You pay only when your order arrives at your doorstep. Currently, all our orders are dispatched with COD as the primary payment method.
