Returns & Refunds Policy

At iScents.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. Since fragrances are delicate and personal items, we've set clear guidelines to ensure a fair and transparent returns and refund process for all our customers across Pakistan.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

To be eligible for a return or refund, please ensure that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • An unboxing video (from the moment you receive the sealed parcel until it is fully opened) is provided as proof.
  • You have the receipt or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Important: Without an unboxing video, return or refund requests cannot be entertained.

Damages or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately with your unboxing video.
  • We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Items damaged by the customer without proof that they arrived in such condition.
  • Sale items, discounted products, or orders placed using a discount code.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, you must first request a return.
  • Once approved, you may place a new order separately.
  • A handling charge of PKR 350 will apply for exchanges.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, 25% will be deducted from the original amount, and the balance will be refunded to your preferred payment method.
  • Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
