At iScents.pk, we know how exciting it is to receive your favorite fragrances quickly and safely. Our team works diligently to process and dispatch every order with care. We ship nationwide across Pakistan — from Karachi and Lahore to Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, and all major cities.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Processing Time: All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Major cities often receive orders earlier, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

Order Confirmation

To ensure your order reaches you smoothly:

• Once you place an order, our team will contact you via call, WhatsApp, or email to confirm the details.
• We will make two attempts to reach you.
• If we are unable to confirm your order after two attempts, the order will be automatically canceled.

This step ensures safe delivery and helps us avoid shipping errors.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Available on all orders above PKR 3,000.
• Flat Rate Shipping: Orders below PKR 3,000 will be charged a minimal delivery fee of PKR 200.

Delays & Special Circumstances

While we do our best to deliver on time, certain factors may cause delays:

• Public holidays
• Strikes, road blockages, or weather disruptions
• High-volume sale events (e.g., Eid, 11.11, Black Friday)

We appreciate your patience in such rare situations.

We work only with reliable and trusted courier partners — including Leopards, TCS, and CallCourier — to ensure safe, timely, and secure delivery of your perfumes across Pakistan.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS or email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel until it reaches your doorstep. Visit our Track Your Order page for real-time updates.

International Shipping

Currently, iScents.pk ships only within Pakistan. For international orders, please contact our customer support for details on availability, shipping costs, and timelines.
